| Comments A Small Size, Very Well Made, Caddoan Harleton Appliqued Jar That Exhibits Aged Surface Deposits, Evident Open Pit Firing And Fire Marking, Correct Aged Bottom Use Wear, Correct Aged Surface Applique Motif, Visible Aged Grog Deterioration Holes, Correct Surface Aging Coloration And Clay Patination, Correct Material And Manufacture For The Area Found. The Harleton Appliqued Vessels Are Usually Decorated By Appliques, Incising, Brushing, Or Puncting And Almost Always Made In Jar Form. This Is A Small Example, Being In Good Condition, Having A Nice Unique Style Of Motif!
