Ex-Terry Sloan Collection. The Type Is Not To Be Confused With The Southern Stanfield Type Blades Or The Somewhat Similar Cobbs Blades. The Missouri Stanfield Is The Preform For Early Archaic Points, Such As The St. Charles Dovetail Point. The Type Is Illustrated In Perino Vol. # I, On Page # 360.
