Comments A Very Large Size, Thin And Well Flaked Calf Creek Knife That Exhibits Surface Sheen Aging And Stone Coloration Patination, Overall Aged River Surface Polish Wear, Correct Early Style Blade Flaking, Aged Surface Soil And Mineral Deposits, Correct Material And Manufacture For The Area Found. This Is A Very Rare Artifact, Believed By Gregory Perino To Be Calf Creek Knives, Formed Away From Their Habitation And If Not Used As Knives, Could Be Made Into Large Points, The Preform Being Round.
