A Large, Extremely Thin For The Length, Visibly Aged, Exceptionally Well Made Friendship Style Ceremonial Caddoan Blade That Exhibits Surface Sheen And Heavy Stone Aged Coloration Patination, Correct Center Thinness And Serrated Blade Edges, Aged Surface Staining, Soil And Mineral Deposits. Found In The Carden Bottoms, In Yell County Arkansas, Inhabited By Caddoan And Quapaw Cultures. Ex-Harry T. Bell, Earl Townsend Jr., Charlie Shewey And David Bogle Collections. This Excellent Example Is In As Made Condition, Lacking Sharpening Use, Having Excellent Collector History.
