An Originally Large Size, Colorful, Visibly Aged And Anciently Used, Typically And Well Made Johnson Point That Exhibits Surface Frosting Aging And Stone Coloration Patination, Aged Surface Soil And Mineral Deposits In The Hinges, Correct Rolled Basal Stem Edge Hafting Dulling, Correct Blade Edge Sharpening Use Reduction, Correct Material And Manufacture For The Area Found. Found On Ozan Creek, In Hempstead County, Arkansas. Ex-Norman Jones Collection ( JS-3 ). The Johnson Points Were Named For Johnson County, Arkansas, For Several Examples Found At The Tom s Brook Shelter Site. Includes A Ken Partain Certificate Of Authenticity.
