A Large Size, Visibly Aged And Anciently Used, Sturdy Made Hickory Ridge Point That Exhibits Surface Aging Frosting Coloration And Overall Stone Patination, Aging In The Side Notching, Correct Ground Basal Stem Edge Hafting Dulling, Correct Archaic Style Blade Flaking, Correct Material And Manufacture For The Area Found. The Type Was Named By Dan F. Morris For The City Of Hickory Ridge, Arkansas. Ex-H.B. Si Sisemore, Gregory Perino And Ted Peck (# 14) Collections.
