A Typical Size, Thin, Very Rare Type, Visibly Aged And Anciently Use Sharpened, Well Made And Nicely Fluted Barnes Fluted Point That Exhibits Stone Sheen Aging Coloration And Overall Surface Patination, Correct Fine Blade Edge Flaking, Correct Basal Stem Edge Hafting Dulling, Correct Fluting/Basal Thinning, Correct Blade Sharpening Use Reduction, Aged Surface Soil And Mineral Deposits, Correct Material And Manufacture For The Area Found. Barnes Points Are Small Having Folsom Characteristics. This Type Is Illustrated In Greg Perino s Selected Preforms, Points And Knives, Vol. 2, On Page 17.
