Comments Medium To Large, Thin For The Size, Very Well Made Nodena Arrow Point That Exhibits Surface Oxidation Aging And Stone Coloration Patination, Aged Surface Soil And Mineral Deposits, Correct Overall Elliptical Shape And Rounded Base, Correct Material And Manufacture For The Area Found. The Nodena Arrow Point Is Often Found In Caches On Late Mississippian And Quapaw Sites, Much Later Than The Spiro Site, Similar Examples Are Pictured In "The Spiro Mound A Photo Essay" By Larry And Chris Merriam, On Page 97.
