Arkansas Barnes Fluted Point That Exhibits Surface Sheen And Stone Coloration Patination, Correct Rolled Basal Stem Edge Hafting Dulling, Correct Style Basal Fluting For The Type, Deep Colored Aged Stained Hinge Fractures, Aged Surface Soil And Mineral Deposits, Correct Early Style Blade Flaking. Found By R.W. "Dub" Lyerly, Near The Small Town Of Bono, In Craighead County, Arkansas. This Is A Rare, Authentic Example, Having Folsom And Clovis Characteristics. The Type Is Listed In Greg Perino s Vol, II, Page 17. Includes Dwain Rogers ( As A Clovis ) And A Ken Partain ( As Barnes Fluted ) Certificates of Authenticity.
